About the Role The Sales & Community Manager is the face of BODYROK Dallas — driving membership growth, building meaningful relationships, and creating a vibrant, connected studio community. This role blends sales leadership with community activation, local partnerships, and member engagement. You will own the membership sales pipeline, lead local marketing efforts, and cultivate partnerships with aligned brands, influencers, and organizations throughout Dallas. If you’re a natural connector who loves fitness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and gets energized by hitting goals, this role is a perfect fit.
