The Sales and Cashier Supervisor manages daily store operations, supervises staff, and ensures smooth workflow and excellent customer service. You will support the Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining operational standards, and creating a welcoming store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and promote store programs.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, POS reconciliation, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise, coach, and train frontline staff; manage rosters and task delegation.
• Monitor inventory, support replenishment, and organize book displays and promotions.
• Prepare operational and sales reports and communicate issues to management.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years retail supervisory experience (bookstore experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

• Fluent in English; Japanese or other languages a plus.
