๐น Over 3 years of previous experience in sales & business development;
๐น Experience in the tech industry;
๐น Experience creating and managing a sales funnel and conducting meetings independently;
๐น Experience working with LinkedIn;
๐น Experience working with contracts;
๐น Strong analytical skills;
๐น Curiosity, fast thinking, and the ability to think outside the box;
๐น The companyโs office is located in Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and the need to come to the office twice a week.;
๐น Conduct end-to-end sales cycles, showcasing product value through presales, engaging demonstrations, and adept contract negotiation;
๐น Fluency in Hebrew is required;
๐น English โ Upper-Intermediate or higher.
๐น Identifying new business opportunities in the market;
๐น Creating relationships with potential clients and recruiting them;
๐น Building a network of strategic and business connections;
๐น Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
๐น Handling sales agreements and contracts;
๐น Reporting sales progress and milestones to management;
๐น Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas;
๐น Keeping up-to-date with technology trends and market developments;
๐น Collaborating closely with HR and CSM teams for recruitment;
๐น Bringing ideas for product and service improvements to team meetings;
๐น Managing records and documenting sales activities;
๐น Using CRM systems to track sales activities and generate periodic reports for management;
๐น Deep understanding of the companyโs sales and business development processes to support decision-making;
