Job Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition for our enterprise-grade AI Agent platform
Engage with prospective clients in Taiwan and overseas markets
Understand customer pain points and articulate how our product leverages Agentic AI to solve their automation and efficiency challenges
Conduct product demos and requirement interviews, and drive the sales process from POC (Proof of Concept) through to closed contracts
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, with regular tracking of customer progress and relationship management
Work closely with the product team to relay market demands and customer feedback, helping to shape product direction
Required Qualifications
Near-native English proficiency (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to independently lead business meetings and presentations with international clients; TOEIC 950+ or equivalent)
2+ years of sales experience in tech software products (SaaS / AI / Enterprise Software)
Proven track record of successful cold calling / cold emailing and closing enterprise customers
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI Agent technology into clear, accessible language for clients
Highly self-motivated and resilient under pressure, capable of independently developing new clients in a startup environment
Basic understanding of AI / Agentic AI, with genuine passion for the field
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling AI, RPA, automation tools, low-code platforms, or enterprise SaaS products
Experience developing overseas markets (Southeast Asia, US, or Europe)
