Job Description

The Sales & After Sales LMS Operations Coordinator is the lead position responsible for building and maintaining Sales and After Sales curricula, providing support for assessment authoring tool, Adobe Connect, Live, In-Dealer and VCO offering support for trainers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for the Stellantis Performance Institute LMS CDJRF|Alfa Romeo business partners in relation to Sales and After Sales certifications, UCIs, authoring tool, assessments, live and VCO trainer support
  • Cross trained to support International, Mexico and Experiential LMS Operations Specialist
  • Builds, implements and updates new and existing certification plans for Sales and After Sales for CDJRF, Alfa Romeo (over 40 different curricula)
  • Assists with processing Universal Course Information (UCI) requests including CJDRF|Alfa Romeo
    • Process UCI’s on daily basis (entry of new courses and updating existing courses in LMS) for CDJRF, Alfa Romeo, and other ancillary courses
  • Authors and updates CDJRF|Alfa Romeo|Expert assessments and surveys
  • Provides authoring tool maintenance and clean up
  • Supports 20+ trainers with creating and managing all instructor-led class offerings for Live targeted training and workshops to ensure dealership personnel can meet required training.
  • Supports VCO tool (currently Adobe Connect) and Trainer VCO technical issues
    • Main contact for all VCO trainers
    • Responsible for Adobe Connect Training for all trainers as needed
    • On call, daily for extended work hours at Performance Institute and Virtual Classroom Online
    • Support examples: trainer log in, student accessibility, works with Hot Line Lead to coordinate calls and outbound projects
  • Participating in business partner meetings related to support modifications, configurations and new programs, translating business needs into practical system application and operational requirements
  • Support system implementations or upgrades by participating in UAT to test and analyze system functionality and document results
  • Uphold and consistently apply Operations policies, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain ongoing process and system documentation
  • Update communications in LMS & coordinate updates/recordings with hotline support person (i.e., Yellow Banner with matching upfront IVR messages)
  • Participate in other projects and activities as requested.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field -OR- High School Diploma /GED and 10+ years of experience in Learning Management Operations, Curriculum Development
  • Technical and troubleshooting capabilities are necessary. Experience working in LMS. Support skills and ability to work with a team and provide clear direction both written and verbally and promoting process improvement.

    An understanding of training development and curriculum
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience documenting application business requirements and user acceptance testing
  • Expertise in dealer training programs & related industry benchmarks
  • Ability to interact effectively with various management levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a rapid pace environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
