Job Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to support sales and sales operations decision-making.
- Extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources, including NIQ (NielsenIQ), Numerator, Scintilla (Walmart data), and other category management platforms.
- Consolidate diverse data sources to conduct line reviews and category performance analyses, providing insights into market demand, customer behavior, and sales trends.
- Generate data-driven recommendations to support business growth initiatives.
- Develop customized dashboards and detailed reporting materials, including PDF documentation, for sales teams to support product performance evaluation, identification of growth opportunities, and customer presentations.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field;
- Knowledge of querying and retrieving data from databases and cleaning and structuring datasets for accurate dashboard reporting;
- Knowledge of processing large volumes of business data, validating data inputs, and identifying performance trends and patterns;
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python (Jupyter Notebooks), Microsoft Excel, and Power Query.
