What You’ll Do:

Sales Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for Diversey Food and Beverage. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing essential sales documentation, and supporting internal processes to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Management

  • Maintain and manage the Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness

  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to support sales operations and business requirements

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices

Sales Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the VNIC sales team, including preparation of quotations, contracts, and minutes of confirmation, as well as coordinating internal approvals and related documentation

Reporting, Analysis & Documentation

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports and dashboards, providing insights on trends, risks, opportunities, and performance tracking (including forecasting and budgeting support)

  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all sales documentation and customer contracts (validity, terms, renewal status) are properly managed, compliant, and easily accessible

Collaboration & DKSH Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to support sales initiatives and achieve business objectives

  • Act as the key coordinator with DKSH, representing the Sales Manager in commercial discussions, quotation issuance, and coordination of credit terms, credit limits, and debt management

  • Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative and coordination support as require

What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)

  • Experience in a multinational or B2B environment is a plus
