Your Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, ERP platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue, volume, profitability, customer acquisition, and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical sales data and identifying trends.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.
• Assist in identifying business opportunities, customer patterns, and areas for sales growth.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across sales reports and databases.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather and interpret business data.
• Develop presentations and visualizations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Support pricing, promotion, and inventory analysis initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and special analytical projects assigned by management.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures, data sources, and analytical methodologies.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret sales data accurately.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and reports.
