Responsibilities

• Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with prospective customers and identify their needs
• Present products, services, and solutions clearly and confidently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers throughout the sales and decision-making process
• Respond to questions and provide accurate information
• Maintain knowledge of company services and current offerings
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and sales performance
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
