The Sales AgronomistIIIwillbe responsible formanaging existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory,assistingcustomers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, andmaintainingand developing profitable customer relationships.

Manageexisting and attract new customers within the sales territory
Assistcustomers in selecting and using products based on agronomic needs
Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships
Identifynew key customers, understand their business,determinetheir needs, anddrive theteam to achievesales territorygoals and growth
Manageterritory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Follow credit policies and manageriskfor the company
Lead theannual business plan tooptimizegrowth and profitability for the territory
Implement marketing and sales plans; meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities
Be the primarycustomercontactregardingdeliveries, forecasting, credit, complaint handling, and custom applications
Lead and mentor team members, review the workof others, and provide constructive feedback
What You Bring tothe Role:
5+ years of experience
Ability to influence sales management to adoptnew ideas, practices, and approaches
Deep working knowledge of local agricultural crops and market practices
Provide clear direction and motivateothers
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in working with MS Office Suite
Work independently withgeneraloversight
Agronomy/Agribusinessdegree

Compensation and Benefits:
In addition to salary, t his position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
