About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Agent (Call Centre Agent) to support the expansion of their customer base and sales operations. You will work closely with a supervisor, receiving full training and guidance.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

• Native-level Spanish
• Confident using a PC/laptop
• Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or 5G)
• Headset with microphone
• High School Qualification
• 6-Months Sales Experience within a call centre

Nice to Have:

• English at B2 level (not essential)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Adaptability, motivation, and efficiency

Core Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders by collecting information and presenting suitable products
• Handling objections professionally and guiding customers towards purchase decisions
• Managing order forms accurately and escalating technical issues when needed
• Analysing customer feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed appropriately
• Reviewing and evaluating customer dialogues to improve sales quality

Working Pattern

• 5 working days per week
• Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory
• 3 additional working days between Monday and Friday
• 2 rotating rest days during weekdays
• Shifts operate within extended working windows depending on location

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: €1.8 per hour
• Average daily earnings: Approx. €12.60 per day (based on 7 working hours)
• Commission: 2% of purchased items
