YOUR CHALLENGE

• You’ll actively approach our customers, understand their needs and offer them appropriate solutions.
• In sales, you’ll impress customers with your clear, honest advice and persuasive demeanour.
• You’ll demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, achieve your monthly targets and actively contribute to the shop’s success.
• You’ll handle service and support requests (e.g. device service, questions about products/subscriptions) in a solution-oriented, competent and reliable manner.
• Together with the team, you’ll create a welcoming shop experience and a positive atmosphere.
• You’ll stay on top of administrative and operational tasks (e.g. checkout, stores, keeping things tidy).
• You’ll use any downtime to focus on exciting outbound campaigns and generate additional sales opportunities.
• You’ll embrace the Sunrise values of Bold, Passionate and One in your daily life and actively promote collaboration, close links with customers and your own initiative.

YOUR SKILLS

• Ideally, you’ll already have experience in a comparable role in retail or you’ll be a motivated person moving from another sector who has a strong knack for sales and always strives to deliver the best service.
• You’re really enthusiastic about technology and digital products and can explain them in a comprehensible way.
• You work with a focus on targets and the needs of the customer, are reliable and can stay on top of things, even in hectic situations.
• You show flexibility and are willing to work regularly on Saturdays and in the evenings.
• You have very good German skills; any additional language is a bonus.
