  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by performance-based rewards
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex medical devices
  • Confident operating within theatre environments and engaging with clinical professionals

Essential Requirements

What's in It for You?

  • Exclusive self-employed contract (working solely within this opportunity)
  • Highly competitive remuneration package
  • Uncapped commission structure directly linked to performance
  • Comprehensive product training from leading global partners
  • The opportunity to work with genuinely best-in-class orthopaedic technologies
  • Full autonomy to build and grow your territory
  • A supportive, agile, and flat team structure
  • Strong potential for rapid career progression as the business expands
