Sales Advisor – No Experience Needed

£26,602.03 basic salary + uncapped commission
Full-time, Permanent contract (up to 40.25 hours per week)

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend the right products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound or taking Inbound sales calls and achieving performance targets
• Building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Taking ownership of your personal performance and development
