Industry: Services
Location: Luqa, Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + Commission

 Main Duties: 

• Sell all available fares and credit top-ups from the various sales outlets
• Handle cash, applications, top-ups and closeout sales at the end of each working shift according to the current reconciliation Sales Policy
• Maintain self-organization on stocks and any other materials required to perform duties effectively
• Assist customers' questions and increase customer satisfaction
  
• Effectively communicate the company policies to customers
• Project a safe and welcoming attitude toward customers
• Keep updated with existing and new rates and services

What skills do you need? 

• Ordinary level standard of education, preferably in Maths, English & Maltese - but if not, any other o'levels would be good - min. 3 O'level required.
• ECDL qualified and familiar with Microsoft Office
• 1 year of previous experience in sales within the service industry
• Must be fluent in both verbal and written English and Maltese
• Team player and flexible to adapt to changes with a positive and energetic attitude
• Problem-solving skills, be organized and able to achieve sales results
• Ability to work alone and remain self-motived to meet targets
• Able to work on a shift basis

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
