Job Description

In this position you will....

Be responsible for advising and selling motor insurance policies to interested referrals (no cold calling). Your job will require great communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong knowledge of motor insurance.

You will be responsible for…

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
  • Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Always strive towards sales quota
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Update client records
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Good negotiation skills
  • Vocational education certificate
  • 3-year experience in Telesale
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Having negotiation, interpersonal skills, and sales oriented.
  • Polite, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
  • Having experience in motor insurance follow up or having any telemarketing, telesales experiences with insurance Broker license would be required.
