Job Description

J ob Description :

  1. Business Plan - Responsible to establish, develop and achieve sales business plan assigned on annual basis. Responsible for achieving/increasing the market share leadership position in the region. Achieve sales target with requisite profit margin.
  2. Customer Support and Liasoning - Oversee the handling of field inquiries for technical assistance, general policy and customer complaints. Develop the customer base and maintain good relationship to improve the CSI score
  3. Business Forecast and new customers - Should be able to provide accurate forecast of sales and other market change/development activities. Develop new customers, maintain major accounts & obtain major project information
  4. New Business Development Strategies - Support Market update on the development/changes for strategic decisions at factory and management team
  5. Dealer Network and Channel partners - Develop regional distribution channels and route retail business through dealers

Working conditions:

  1. Available to travel all over India or other countries outside India if required.
  2. Should attend all the construction equipment trade fare and participate the same whenever required

Additional Remarks:

  1. Good communication and negotiation skills
  2. Should have good knowledge of computers
  3. Technical knowledge on machinery and parts
  4. Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
  5. Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented
  6. Good team player
