The Impact You'll Make

Lead the data center customer after-sales service team, provide rapid response, on-site containment, sorting, simple repair and issue closure management, coordinate cross-functional resources, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and quality performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead rapid response to customer-site quality issues and complaints.
• Organize on-site sorting, isolation, containment and quality record management.
• Coordinate simple repair, rework, replacement and recovery activities.
• Act as primary customer interface for communication and escalation.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and resource coordination.
• Collect quality data and prepare service reports.
• Follow up corrective and preventive actions and issue closure.
• Manage technicians, training, performance and safety.
• Standardize service processes.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years quality, after-sales service, customer support or repair experience; team leadership preferred.
• Familiar with quality containment, sorting, rework and problem-solving processes.
• Good mechanical/electrical knowledge and ability to read drawings and standards.
• Strong communication, coordination and execution capability.
• Knowledge of 8D, 5Why and Fishbone analysis preferred.
• Customer-oriented and willing to travel for site support.
• Basic English reading and writing capability.
