Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized sales consultations.
- Guide customers through the selection of premium cigars, cigarillos, pipes, humidors, lighters, and accessories.
- Build strong relationships with local and international clientele.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals and premium brands.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Ensure the presentation of the store and humidor areas meets premium retail standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing in-store events, tastings, and customer experiences.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a hospitality-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Professional appearance and attitude.

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evening shifts.
