Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to support and advise our Greek customers. If you have excellent communication and commercial skills and also passion for customer service – then this is the role for you!

What you will work on:

  • Work closely with the customers, understanding & supporting the decision makers’ needs and requirements.

  • Advise and support customers’ needs through good commercial and technical guidance.

  • Proactively follow up on inquiries.

  • Ensure appropriate problem-solving and close cooperation with other functions internally to fulfil customer needs in the most efficient way.

  • Work proactively with customers to help them standardize their requests.

  • Follow up on customer complaints/non-compliances through the improvement/complaint system.

What you bring:

  • Business related studies or relevant work experience in Customer Service.

  • Fluent in English – both in writing and speaking.

  • Interest in the shipping industry and marine products.

  • Excellent interacting, networking, and communication skills

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent telephone sales skills.

  • Computer literate
