Job Description

Role Profile:

As a Sales Advisor, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.

Location : Mega Bangna / Siam Paragon

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • Good problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
