About us

Tom Wood was founded in Norway in 2013 and is today internationally recognised for innovative and responsible jewellery design. With a conscious approach to materials, design and production, our collections are carried by leading retailers worldwide.

Following the successful opening of our first flagship in Aoyama (2023), our location at Dover Street Market Ginza (2024), our location in Shibuya (March 2026), and our location in Osaka (June 2026), we are proud to announce our fifth Japanese location: Kyoto scheduled to open in November 2026.

Our headquarters is based in Oslo, with a team of approximately 50 people, alongside colleagues in Japan, Spain and Denmark.

This opening represents a unique opportunity to take part in shaping Tom Wood’s next retail chapter in Japan.

このたび日本国内5店舗目となる新店舗を京都にて2026年11月にオープンいたします。

本社はオスロにあり、約50名のチームが在籍しています。さらに日本、スペイン、デンマークにも拠点を持ち、グローバルに展開しています。

About the role

As a full-time Sales Advisor, you will deliver premium, personalised service that brings Tom Wood’s brand story to life. You’ll guide clients through our collections with warmth and integrity, helping them find the perfect piece while building lasting relationships that drive store success.

仕事内容

セールスアドバイザーとして、トムウッドのブランドストーリーを体現し、プレミアムでパーソナライズされたサービスを提供して頂きます。お客様を温かく誠実にコレクションへご案内し、最適なジュエリーをお選びいただくお手伝いをするとともに、長期的な関係構築を通じて店舗の成功に貢献します。

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, tailored experience that meets Tom Wood’s premium service standards
• Share our brand story, craftsmanship, and product details confidently
• Understand client needs and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Support store commercial goals through strong sales performance and upselling
• Maintain a pristine store environment, processing transactions with professionalism
• Collaborate respectfully with team members to create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring atmosphere
