Overall purpose of the role:
As a Sales Advisor you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiast within the John Lewis store, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance for our client. Your primary responsibility is to be the go to person for customers who are visiting John Lewis and looking to add or replace ovens, washing machines and other major domestic appliances to their homes.
You will serve as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, troubleshooting usage issues, and ultimately driving sales. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-orientated approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store
