Job Description

Are you passionate about new technology and wellness, looking to work with an exciting brand and open to the opportunity to work within a leading UK retailer?

If your answers are yes, you could be a great candidate for the Magic AI sales advisor role in John Lewis, Bluewater!
We offer:
- £15 per hour plus incentive
- to work Sat and Sun
- 10 hrs per week
- 6 months fixed term contract (June- December)

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life, and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Specialists who can represent Stellar and our client, Magic AI to lead the way by delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing in your role:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
  • Building a great rapport with customers
  • Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
  • Converting interest into sales
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Ensuring the space always has premium standards

What experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
  • The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
  • Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
  • Able to work independently

Other qualities we are looking for:

  • Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
  • Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
  • A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
  • Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive mentality and a drive to succeed

Training :

  • In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
  • Customer service sales training

What do we offer:

  • £15 per hour plus incentive
  • 10 hours contract
  • Fixed term contract, 6 months ( June-December)
  • Location: John Lewis, Bluewater
  • Working days: Sat and Sun
  • 5 hrs shift: Sat 10am-3pm, Sun 11am-4pm
  • Professional training will be provided
