Job Description

We're Hiring – Arabic-Speaking Sales Advisor Are you passionate about retail and customer service? Do you enjoy engaging with customers, assisting them in their purchasing decisions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience? Key Responsibilities: Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations in line with their needs.
  • Support customers in their purchasing decisions and offer guidance on products.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and attentive service.

Sales & Product Promotion

  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure proper merchandise presentation to attract customers and enhance sales.

Store Operations & Stock Management

  • Support daily retail operations, including stock monitoring and inventory management.
  • Assist in implementing promotional activities and merchandising plans.
  • Ensure the store operates smoothly according to company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
