Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor in our Chichester Store!

At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

We have a permanent part time role for 20hrs per week working pattern of 4 days a week of a 5-hour shift to support days off and deliveries. These days would mainly be on a Tuesday, Friday and weekends, but they may vary. We will require the person appointed to either have previous keyholder experience or to be prepared to be trained as a keyholder.

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers.
• Have worked in a customer-facing sales role.
• Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have retail or customer service experience.
• You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
