What you'll do here:
- The Sales Administrator provides daily administrative support to the Sales Operations and Partner Success team and sales channels to improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency. The Sales Administrator communicates with internal team members at all levels, effectively establishing and building working relationships.
Position responsibilities
CRM Support:
- Handle ticket creation and monitoring for CRM changes and improvements
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Respond to CRM inquiries regarding functionality and record review and issues
- Manage data hygiene: merge and delete records, coordinate with CRM product team on data retention processes
- Lead monthly communication and projects with contracted resources
- Submit new user license requests, including profiles and permissions
- Handle ad hoc sales requests
Sales/Operations Support:
- Sales Resource Center uploads, updates, and changes
- Create and manage documentation
- Lead monthly all sales calls – deck development, communication, and call logistics
- Logistical planning coordination for sales summits.
- Monthly sales newsletter communications, development, and distribution
- New hire hardware/system requests
- Project and implementation management support as needed
- Enrollment team administrative support
Partner Support:
- Partner knowledge base additions and updates.
- Assist with high-volume data entry
Skills you will need here:
Required
- A minimum of three years in customer service or a related sales support role
- A minimum of two years’ working knowledge of CRM applications; Salesforce preferably
- Coachable, self‐starter, collaborator, critical thinker, positive, can‐do demeanor
- Excellent time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with case/ticket management software

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$52,000.00 - $63,000.00 USD
