Sales Admin (Maternity Cover – Part-time OR Full Time)

Remote South Africa

Part-time salary: R8000 (3 full-time per week, Mon, Tues & Weds - 7 am - 4 pm UK time)

Full-time salary: R19 000 (Mon to Fri - 7 am to 4 pm UK time)

Role Overview.

A part-time/full-time Sales Admin opportunity supporting a busy healthcare recruitment team. The  role focuses on processing NHS doctor timesheets and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Start: August 2026

Schedule: 5 days per week/ 3 days per week

Location: Remote work

Key Responsibilities

Must have experience working on one or more of the following systems: Processing NHS doctor timesheets through multiple systems and portals, including:

NHSP

LMS

Tempre

Patchwork

Retinue Bridge

Locums Nest

PWC

ID Medical

Attaching doctors to the correct codes and inputting rates.

Chasing outstanding codes to ensure timesheets can be submitted on time.

Working to strict Monday and Tuesday submission deadlines.

Supporting the wider team with administrative queries and tasks.

Training & Support

Full training provided.

Ongoing support available throughout the role.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in healthcare recruitment or the NHS - related admin work, as full training will be provided.
