Job Description

Sales Administrator – Bellville, Cape Town - R15 000 – R17 000 (5-Month Temp Cover)

We are recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to provide temporary support to a busy sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales administration and order file management
  • Checking pricing, packaging, and freight rates with logistics
  • Updating weekly sales reports and Budget vs Actual figures
  • Coordinating sales and PPC meetings, including minutes and follow-ups
  • Handling customer complaint registration and tracking
  • Supporting Syspro tasks: proformas, orders, shipping instructions, and customer profiles
  • General admin support (travel, quotes, bookings, exhibitions)

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • ERP experience (Syspro advantageous)
  • Confident in liaising across departments
