We're looking for a friendly, proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist & Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Midrand.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a warm welcome and managing incoming calls, enquiries and deliveries.
• Process customer invoices, credit notes and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate billing records, review customer statements and ensure invoices are uploaded to customer portals.
• Work closely with Finance and Customer Service to resolve invoicing queries, follow up on customer accounts and ensure timely billing.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales, Customer Service and Technical teams.
• Assist with preparing, tracking and following up on customer quotations, ensuring pricing, product information and customer details are accurate.
• Support Account Managers with customer account administration, maintaining records, preparing documentation and coordinating customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support sales activities, maintain reporting trackers and ensure customer requests and orders are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administration, invoicing or sales support role.
• A Matric Certificate (or equivalent).
• You’ll ideally have a qorking knowledge of Pastel Partner software, or similar.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing or invoicing.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and good general computer literacy.
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
