＜部門について＞

Japan Sales Operationsは、全OUの営業活動を支える重要な組織です。その中のField Support Medical Device Managementチームは、医療機器のレンタルビジネスやプロモーション機管理を中心に、営業活動を支援するチームです。

レンタル機器の手配・管理や、プロモーション機の出荷・回収業務を通じて、営業担当者が円滑に顧客対応を行えるようサポートしています。

私たちの業務は直接患者様と接する機会はありませんが、営業活動や医療現場を支える重要な役割を担っており、その先にいる患者様への価値提供につながるやりがいのある仕事です。

＜業務内容＞

• 機器の修理・点検・保守および貸出機に係るサービスの対外窓口 （社内・社外）電話対応有
• 上記サービス全般における事務処理作業
• 自社システムを用いた貸出器の予約受付全般、セールスからの依頼事項への対応
• SFDCを使用した案件管理
• 営業機器倉庫ベンダー・製品修理部門との連携業務
• 業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化

＜必須要件＞

職務経験

• 営業もしくは営業事務経験

スキル

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる）
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office365: Teams,Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint）
• ご自身発案での改善活動経験（他部署を巻き込んでの改善活動があれば尚可）
• 顧客志向であり、チームプレイヤーであること
• 強い問題意識と分析能力
• 常に現状を疑い、より良いプロセス品質と更なる改善を目指せる力

学歴

• 学士（４年制大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者

＜歓迎要件＞

• 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル（TOEIC 600点程度）
• 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
• ChatGPT, Co-pilot, Power Automateなど新しいツールについてアレルギーなく使用できる力
• SFDCの使用経験

＜勤務形態＞

• 週1日以上品川オフィスへ出社/在宅勤務　（押印などで出社の必要が適宜発生いたします。）
