Are you an organized, tech-savvy administrator looking to build your career in project coordination and sales operations?

Automated Logic in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a Sales Administrator to serve as the operational backbone for our high-performing local sales team. In this essential in-office role, you will keep our sales pipeline moving, partner directly with 4–5 sales representatives and ensure our active project workflows run seamlessly from bid to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the Bid Board: Drive our central project tracking calendar in Outlook, successfully coordinating details for 30 to 40 active commercial, light industrial and residential projects each week.
• Organize Key Assets: Gather, centralize, and manage critical tender documents, mechanical drawings, and project details so our sales representatives have everything they need to win bids.
• Power the Salesforce Pipeline: Convert accepted and won project bids into Salesforce, accurately handling the internal order booking process.
• Collaborate Daily: Serve as the go-to administrative partner for 4–5 local sales representatives.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• More than 6 months of administrative, office support, or data management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable with basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.

• Punctual, dependable, tech-literate, and friendly, with a professional attitude.
• Supportive, team-oriented focus and open to mentoring.
