The Sales administrator must adhere to policies, procedures and deadlines set up by the central department within finance and administration. To support the service dealer and regional sales organisation within the field of finance and administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales team to ensure smooth efficient and accurate preparation for delivery of vehicles to specific deadlines
• Preparation of quotation and deal sheets
• Ensure sufficient information and raise internal work order and purchase order
• Receive, collate and process purchase invoices and allocate them to correct order
• Make preparation for vehicle handover, ensuring all prerequisite for realising vehicles are fulfilled
• Manage delivery plan identify and responding to potential deviation
• Collate and prepare required documentation in order to register vehicles
• Collate required document, create and maintain a vehicle order pack for every order costing
• Submit weekly returns to Head Office, Gather and process relevant data in order to prepare Management reports

Minimum requirements:

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Must be computer literate –MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years or more experience in Sales administrator environment
• Must be well organised with ability to prioritise task effectively
• Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
• Ability to take initiative , work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
