The Sales Administrator supports the Spine, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Coronary & Renal Denervation, and Peripheral Vascular business operations in East Malaysia by coordinating sales administration, billing processes, inventory monitoring, and government claims documentation. This role collaborates closely with internal sales teams, surgeons, specialists, social workers, government agencies, and patients to ensure efficient operational support, accurate documentation management, and timely completion of claims and billing processes.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Support daily Spine team operational activities, including follow-up on approvals and purchase orders (PO) for both pre-procedure and post-procedure cases.
Coordinate and liaise with social workers, doctors and government agencies regarding approvals, claims, and documentation requirements.
Ensure timely completion of the sales billing process with accurate and complete documentation.
Prepare, collect, and manage documents requiring signatures and stamps from surgeons, specialists, and patients for claims processing purposes within Kuching.
Submit claim-related documentation to relevant government agencies and follow up on processing status.
Maintain and update the East Malaysia cases database by account and product usage.
Monitor and support stock inventory tracking and management activities.
Support Onits documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up activities for MSA-related cases.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines.
Prior experience in sales operations, healthcare administration, or medical device industry is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
