This job posting is for a new position in Ottawa within our organization.
Creating quotes, tracking expirations, managing renewals, and ensuring pricing accuracy.
Preparing order forms, agreements, invoices, and maintaining CRM records.
Responding to client inquiries, scheduling calls, and assisting with follow-ups.
Handling purchase orders, coordinating with finance, and ensuring smooth fulfillment.
Generate quarterly sales reports or forecasts for management.
Serving as a link between sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Skills
Ideally, education in Finance/Administration or Sales&Marketing
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication, clear, concise, and professional
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Customer-oriented and proactive problem-solving
