Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Legal Compliance
    • Coordinate and track the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and other legal contracts.
  • Order & Logistics Management
    • Handle end-to-end order processing and generate Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping documentation.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for local transportation and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Sample & Technical Asset Tracking
    • Manage the lifecycle of Demo Samples and Evaluation Boards (EVB), including dispatch and return tracking.
    • Coordinate with FAEs to ensure samples reach customers for testing on schedule.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage daily mail delivery, courier services, and document filing.
    • Monitor payment status and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems. Ensure proficiency, accuracy and organization in managing and maintaining data within systems.
  • Experience in sales operations and assisting customer inquiries within the international business environment.
  • Familiarity with order processing workflows, shipment tracking, and coordination with regional and global teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
    Business-level English for handling international contracts and documentation.
  • Highly process-oriented, with the ability to follow and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile sales performance reports and to support sales strategies.
  • Able to handle multitasking under deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
