Job Description

Do you think about the product you work with as your own? Do you have Salesforce development experience? If so, then we have a challenge for you. Our team is looking for the right person to entrust with our client's CRM instance on SFDC platform.

Will you consider our Salesforce instance your team's thing, not just a corporate tool
Knowledgeable of standard SFDC configurations and SFDC admin tools
Experienced delivering solutions using industry standard SDLC methodologies
Ready to partner closely with engineers, product managers, end users and others to design data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for Salesforce applications

• Support Integration and Production Operations Support
• Provide User Support and quickly fix production issues
• Requirements gathering and writing User Stories, and translate these into technical solutions
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to configure and test integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party solutions
• Knowledge of one or more 3rd Applications such as: Marketo, Clari, Chilipiper, Outreach, Conga Composer, DocuSign, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Workday
• SF Configurations: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
• Manage users, roles, profiles; custom objects or fields; security rules, etc.
• Manage mass data updates and imports / Data Loader, Workbench and other data loading tools / Create workflows and assignment rules
• Independently design, plan, execute and report on requirements-driven testing and solution design
• Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 8 years Salesforce Admin experience (banking or financial services experience preferred)
• Proficient knowledge of CRM platform (Salesforce)
• Experience working with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA, Confluence or similar systems
• Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Preference given to applicants who have supported 500 plus users in a global environment, have an understanding of Customer Support, Sales, Marketing and Financial business concepts, with hands-on experience delivering custom SFDC solutions
