Job Description

Our teams are the key to our success. They design and create each trip as a unique project. Our local teams travel the world to select the most remarkable homes and ensure unrivalled hospitality and service at each destination.

✨ Key responsibilities :

1. Payments & Deal Management

  • Verify payments and assign them to the correct deals/follow up with the resort team for owner related payments.

  • Follow up with clients and manage their payments.

  • Track B2C and B2B2C deals

  • Manage Security Deposit releases

  • Manage and track owner pay-outs

2. KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the team’s KPIs, and update dashboards.

  • Update daily performance and activity figures.

  • Create various reports to improve the team’s conversion rate.

  • Create/update CRM reports according to the team’s needs.

  • Support the team for each “Regco” meeting for every destination and analyze KPIs for each.

3. Team & Administrative Support

  • Support the Bramble team (organizing their figures, managing their shared inbox).

  • Support the Front Desk team

  • Support for B2B2C inquiries from travel partners

  • Prepare materials for weekly meetings, sales meetings.

  • Update customer information and Cardex.

Qualifications

  • Strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

  • Strong interest in the luxury, travel, and hospitality sectors.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word).

  • Positive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
