At KONE, our Sales Administration & Support Specialists play a vital role in enabling our sales teams to focus on customers. By managing back-office tasks, maintaining accurate data, and supporting tendering and order processes, you’ll ensure smooth operations and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide back-office support for sales (tenders, orders, documents, equipment, CRM, tendering tools).

  • Maintain customer data and hierarchies in CRM.

  • Support for maintaining CRM Data quality

  • Monitor leads and opportunities in CRM, assigning them to the right person.

  • Maintain tendering tools and master templates as instructed.

  • Data driven market analyses & reporting

  • Assist in organizing customer visits, tasks, and events.

  • Support general office tasks as needed.

  • Business related reporting in monthly basis

Are you the right Fit?

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields, (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)

  • Advanced level of English (mandatory)

  • Advanced office tools literacy, contractual and financial understanding,

  • Good in MS Office

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

  • Collaboration and teamwork
