Our GAC AION Team is seeking a Sales Administration Support to join our showroom in Marousi, Athens Greece. In this position you will be the key link between customers, sales teams, finance and logistics helping to create a smooth and professional journey for every vehicle purchase.

What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle sales orders and ensure all supporting documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations teams to support the successful delivery of new and used vehicles.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, sales contracts, vehicle registration documents, and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and sales records within company systems.
• Support vehicle stock management activities and help ensure inventory records remain accurate.
• Assist with sales reporting, performance tracking, and general administrative support for the retail sales team.
• Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

About You

• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Operations or a similar role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong digital proficiency with good knowledge of MS Office Suite; experience with SAP ERP systems is considered a strong asset.
• Fluency in English both written and oral.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Customer-focused, team-oriented and adaptable with an interest in the automotive industry and the evolving mobility landscape.
