Sales Administration Support is a key role to support general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function.

The role focuses on reducing administrative workload for Sales teams, ensuring accurate master data, efficient crossfunctional coordination, and timely customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management – Customer Creation

Own and manage the customer creation process for assigned countries. Reduce cycle time and administrative workload on Sales through proactive coordination and clear communication. Review customer master data quality and identify opportunities to improve it.

Master Data Management – Product Migrations

Coordinate product migration activities. Support identification of impacted customers in cooperation with Sales and available data sources. Prepare and manage customer communication materials and formats in alignment with Sales. Ensure accurate system updates related to product changes and migrations. Collect and consolidate required input from stakeholders. Support a smooth customer transition while minimizing commercial and operational disruption.

Commercial Operations Support & Coordination

Customer Website & Legal Documentation Support

Provide general support to website customers, including updates and maintenance of legal and administrative documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability of information.

Regulatory & Safety Support

Act as a point of contact for all regulatory and safety-related requests, including coordination of activities and supporting responses to regulatory inquiries.

Order-to-Cash Collaboration

Work closely with the OTC team to support issue resolution, ensuring effective communication and timely handling of customer-related challenges across the order-to-cash process.

EInvoicing Coordination

Serve as the local contact for electronic invoicing processes, supporting coordination between internal teams and ensuring alignment with local invoicing requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor’s).
  • Some experience in customer service or administrative roles; candidates with internships in logistics are also welcome.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • High analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with creativity, engagement, and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Process‑oriented mindset with strong follow‑up and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with defined timelines and service expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience with master data, commercial operations, or sales support processes is a plus.
