Sales Administration Expert (m/f/d)

Wir suchen für unseren Sales-Bereich einen Mitarbeiter im Innendienst um als Teil der Bolton Group unsere Position im deutschen Markt zu stärken.

Wie du dich einbringen kannst

Als zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion innerhalb des Vertriebs unterstützt der Sales Administration Expert die Key Account Manager und das Sales Management durch die Steuerung vertriebsrelevanter Prozesse, die Erstellung fundierter Analysen sowie die Sicherstellung einer hohen Daten- und Prozessqualität. Die Rolle leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Erreichung der Umsatz-, Profitabilitäts- und Wachstumsziele des Unternehmens.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Eigenverantwortliche Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft.
• Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaktionen, Listungen, Jahresplanungen und Promotions.
• Erstellung und Analyse von Umsatz-, Preis-, Konditions- und Profitabilitätsauswertungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Verantwortung für die Pflege von Preisstrukturen, Konditionen, Kundenstammdaten und vertriebsrelevanten Systemen.
• Steuerung und Überwachung von Werbekostenbudgets, Rückstellungen sowie vertriebsbezogenen Abrechnungsprozessen.
• Vorbereitung von Jahresgesprächen, Kundenpräsentationen und Business Reviews.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance und Controlling.
• Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und Reportingstrukturen.

Dein Team:

Als Teil des Sales-Teams, arbeitest du eng mit nationalen Key Account Managern zusammen und berichtest an den Vertriebsleiter.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

Fachliche Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support, Sales Operations oder Key Account Umfeld, idealerweise im FMCG-Bereich.
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel, PowerPoint sowie ERP- und Reporting-Systemen.
• Erfahrung im Budget-, Konditions- und Datenmanagement.

Sales Administration Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for an internal sales team member to strengthen our position in the German market as part of Bolton.

How you can contribute

As a central interface within Sales, the Sales Administration Expert supports the Key Account Managers and Sales Management by managing sales-related processes, preparing robust analyses and ensuring a high level of data and process quality. The role makes a significant contribution to achieving the company’s revenue, profitability and growth targets.

Your main responsibilities:

• Independently support the Key Account Managers in their operational and strategic day-to-day business.
• Plan, manage and follow up on customer activities, listings, annual planning and promotions.
• Prepare and analyse sales, pricing, terms and profitability reports and derive recommendations for action.
• Maintain pricing structures, terms and conditions, customer master data and sales-related systems.
• Manage and monitor advertising budgets, provisions and sales-related invoicing processes.
• Prepare annual negotiations, customer presentations and business reviews.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Controlling.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuously optimise sales processes and reporting structures.

Your team:

As part of the Sales team, you will work closely with the national Key Account Managers and report to the Head of Sales.

What makes you the ideal candidate:

Professional requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
• Several years of professional experience in inside sales, Sales Support, Sales Operations or a Key Account environment, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Very strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of business relationships.
• Confident use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP and reporting systems.
• Experience in budget, terms and conditions and data management.
