Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Quotation – Creation and submission to customers
• Delivery date management
• System input and maintenance of ERP and CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Report creation and data analysis utilizing databases
• Document creation for associated departments conducting PO, Shipping, Export/Import, Technical Service.
• General sales administration

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in working for Coherent Japan or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in sales administration, sales assistant, general affairs, etc.
• Fluent in Japanese and Business level English

* Adequate to communication with Business units by email, phone and online meeting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Preferred qualifications – Skilled in Oracle, Salesforce.com, PowerBI and any database tools
• Proactive and positive mindset
• Good at communicating with team
