We are looking for a Sales Data Capture Administrator to ensure accurate and organized CRM data while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and maintain sales data in the CRM system
• Assist the sales team with reporting, tracking leads, and managing follow-ups
• Validate and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and update client records while ensuring compliance with internal processes and data protection policies
• Provide insights into potential sales opportunities based on CRM data

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration, CRM data capturing, or a similar role
• Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to identify inefficiencies
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
