
Job Title – Sales / Admin (Listing Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales / Admin professional with strong listing experience to support real estate sales operations. This role involves managing property listings, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and enhanced client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management & PortalsCreate, upload, and manage property listings across major real estate portals.Ensure listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility.Coordinate with agents to gather property details, images, and documentation.Monitor listing performance and make necessary updates to improve lead generation.
Sales Support & CoordinationAssist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and client coordination.Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations.Coordinate property viewings and client meetings.Maintain organized records of inquiries, deals, and transactions.
Administrative OperationsHandle day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations.Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry.Prepare reports on sales activities, listings, and performance metrics.Manage documentation related to property listings and transactions.
Client Interaction & ServiceRespond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.Provide accurate information on property listings and availability.Ensure a professional and positive client experience.Support relationship management with clients and brokers.
Marketing CoordinationWork closely with marketing teams for listing promotions and campaigns.Ensure proper branding and presentation of listings across platforms.Assist in coordinating digital marketing activities for property exposure.
Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all listings comply with local real estate regulations and guidelines.Maintain proper documentation for listings, approvals, and transactions.Support the team in adhering to company policies and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in real estate administration or sales support.Hands-on experience with property listing portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).Familiarity with CRM systems and documentation processes.
