· Check sale deal in Odoo
· Call check with customer to verity with contract and booking (model, selling price, expect delivery date)
· Check payment status and follow op full payment before and after delivery Send request to finance for create customer code.
· Check selling price in quotation with public selling price unit& AFS before issue invoice
· Issue Proforma invoice & original invoice unit & AFS.
· Deal with customer about pending payment such as statement letter and Issue demand
· Çollect and process cash & deposit payment to bank daily and post payment system.
· Analyze request refund from sale, provide comment to office manager, and arrange document refund.
· Send out daily report such as daily cash collection report, AR updated report, quote number to sale team
· Cash or Check collection and Deposit to bank Check bank statement
· AR collection and process revenue documents Checking sale contract
· Draft some letters and send to office manager and legal
· Keep a good relationship to work with aftersales & sale team
· Keep a good relationship customer and other department related
· Need to travel to outside of city 70%.
