This position is to support sales-related administrative tasks and general operations to help reach team’s objectives in Hong Kong

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Perform job duties via designated system such as SAP and CRM to ensure smooth commercial operation
• Coordinate and processes tenders and quotation requests, support to generate quarterly sales reports, analyses customer’s contract performance and alert sales management/finance for update /discrepencies
• Build effective relationship with internal stakeholders, interface with sales, customer service/technical service and finance to ensure full SOX compliance; identify & address challenges in daily process, and work with team to identify resolutions for enhancing work efficiency
• Correspond to customers’ enquiries via emails, phone calls and fax, and liaise with internal teams to facilitate good customer satisfaction
• Any other sales & office administrative duties assigned

What You Bring:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma
• 3 or more years of experience in business support or sales administrative roles.
• Fluent English communication skill (spoken & written), and Chinese (spoken Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Well versed in IT skills eg. Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (SFDC) , SAP, AI tools
• Experience in assessing compliance with company policies and SOP’s
• Teamwork spirit, detailed oriented, commitment for task accomplishment
• Strong interpersonal skill for communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to define challenges, collect data, establish facts for analysis purpose
