Job Description

  • Assist in preparing reports for long outstanding accounts, monthly AR, inventory balances, and cash flow forecasts, including provisions for obsolete stocks, bad debts, and warranties.
  • Support sales closing activities by checking commissions, reconciling month-end inventory, and generating sales results, along with verifying various accounts before logistic closing.
  • Assist with export control activities and support related system access.
  • Help with audit matters, including balance confirmation reconciliations, and provide regional support.
  • Participate in administrative tasks such as writing meeting minutes, checking compliance screening, and supporting ISO activities and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Degree or Diploma.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and strong communication skills.
  • Previous similar experience is preferred.
