The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the sales manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities
- Has experience using SAP is an advantage
Contract Details:
This is a temporary position with a contract duration of 6 months. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The selected candidate will be based in BGC, NCR, Philippines office.
