Vai trò này rất quan trọng trong việc đảm bảo quá trình xử lý tài liệu liên quan đến kinh doanh diễn ra suôn sẻ và hiệu quả, đồng thời cung cấp hỗ trợ hành chính thiết yếu cho bộ phận quản lý kinh doanh và đội ngũ.
TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
Quản lý Hợp đồng: Chuẩn bị, soạn thảo, quản lý các hợp đồng và phụ lục hợp đồng với các đối tác, đảm bảo tuân thủ và độ chính xác.
Phối hợp với các đối tác trong các chương trình khuyến mãi Sales, chuẩn bị các bản ghi nhớ/xác nhận cho các chiến dịch, theo dõi tiến độ chương trình và đối chiếu kết quả.
Sắp xếp các cuộc họp với các phòng ban liên quan (Pháp lý, Công nghệ thông tin, Thẩm định, v.v.) để thảo luận các thỏa thuận hợp tác và cung cấp hỗ trợ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (Sales, Marketing, Đào tạo, v.v.) để chuẩn bị tài liệu đào tạo về các sản phẩm hợp tác hoặc cho đối tác mới, và các nguồn lực khác để hỗ trợ đội ngũ Sales trong việc ra mắt sản phẩm và triển khai các chương trình Sales.
Xử lý các nhiệm vụ hành chính chung như lưu trữ hồ sơ, quản lý hồ sơ nhà sản xuất (producer management), thư từ và các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan đến hỗ trợ đối tác.
